I started my career at the intersection of design and technology before "UX" was a common job title — learning by doing, building by instinct, and slowly developing a rigorous craft out of both. Over 18 years I've worked across financial services, luxury travel, B2B supply chain, and consumer apps — each environment sharpening a different dimension of design leadership.
At Experian, I led a team of 9 across a multi-platform redesign of CreditWorks — one of the most used consumer financial products in the US — driving desktop conversion from 42% to 64% by applying mobile-first thinking to the entire ecosystem. At Viking Cruises, I led the AI-powered search redesign and the unification of two fragmented digital products into one seamless guest companion — which 99% of users preferred over what came before.
At Sourceability/Datalynq, I designed a category-defining 0→1 B2B platform with no existing benchmarks — conducting 20+ user research sessions with partners like Boeing, Porsche, Intel, and Texas Instruments to build a product that had never existed in public before.
I lead with research, data, and deep cross-functional collaboration. I believe the best design decisions aren't made at the desk — they're made in conversation with users, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. And I believe that great UX is invisible: the experience feels effortless precisely because the work behind it was not.
