The importance of mobile first
Consistency is key when having a product on multi-platforms. Native mobile allowed me to simplify Experian's vastĀ desktop sign-up flow and create a better overall experience for the user. The less inputĀ fields, security questions, taps and pages, the higher the conversion rate.
The results of simplicity
Removing excess information and clutter designing for native mobile allowed for desktop to create a more efficient and reliable experience. Although 87% percent of Experian's members use native apps & mobile web, desktop conversions went from 42% to 64% with a cleaner UI and experience.
Branding Style Guide & Iconography
A huge rebrand took place in the last 5 years at Experian Consumer Services. I directed and lead a team of 4 to put together an entire style guide that would be used across multi-platforms.
