Experian Credit Journey
OBJECTIVE: Simplifying the sign up process in mobile web by asking for the absolute minimal amount of info from a user while setting credit goals for them. As a credit bureau that has to maintain a level of security, the sign up process can become cumbersome. My team and I came up with a flow that utilized the lifestyle branding of Experian while collecting basic information in an innovative way. The lead in for conversion was to show the user their credit score and start them on a credit goal journey.
